How to Submit an Order on SCANID PH

Follow this step-by-step guide to easily place your order on SCANID PH. From signing up to selecting your payment method, we’ve got you covered!

1. Log In or Sign Up

  • Visit the SCANID PH website.
  • Click on "My Account" at the top-right corner.
  • If you don’t have an account, click the "Sign Up" tab.
  • Enter your email and password.
  • Click "Send Code" to receive a verification code, then input it.
  • Click "Sign Up" to create your account, or "Login" if you already have an account.

2. Start the Order Process

  • Once logged in, click on the "Order" tab in the navigation bar.
  • This will take you to the "Place Your Order" page.

3. Fill Order Information

  • On the "Fill Order Information" page, provide the required details:
    • Select your State/Region.
    • Enter your First Name, Middle Name, and Last Name.
    • Provide your Email and Phone Number.
    • Specify the Quantity (e.g., 1 copy).
  • Optionally, upload a signature file (JPEG, PNG, HEIC, HEIF formats, max size 5MB).
  • Click "Next: Fill Shipping" to proceed.
Your price will be automatically matched based on your user permissions (e.g., Core Reseller level).

4. Fill Shipping Address

  • On the "Shipping Address" page, enter your shipping details:
  • Click "Next: Select Payment Method" to continue.

5. Select Payment Method

  • On the "Select Payment Method" page, choose your preferred payment option (e.g., PayPal, BTC & USDT, Western Union, or Wise).
  • If you have a discount code, enter it in the "Enter discount code" field and click "Apply Discount".
  • Review the final price.
  • Click "Proceed to Payment" to finalize your order.
