It depends on your chosen shipping method. With our express service, your order will arrive within 2-3 days after processing, which takes 24-48 hours. For standard mail service, expect delivery within 5-6 days after processing. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
3. Can I customize my order?
Absolutely! You can personalize your ID with details such as your signature, driver’s license number, address, and more. Simply provide your preferences in the order form on the checkout page.
4. How do I take a photo for my ID?
For best results, use a high-resolution digital camera or smartphone. Take the photo indoors with good lighting against a plain background. Ensure your face is centered and clearly visible, then upload it through our order form.
5. What if there’s an issue with my order?
If you encounter a production error (e.g., incorrect details or defects), contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or evidence. We’ll address it promptly. Note that refunds are not available for user errors or misuse of the product.
6. Is my information secure?
Yes, we take your privacy seriously. All transactions are secure, and shipping is discreet. We do not retain sensitive personal information after your order is fulfilled.
7. Can I see my ID before it ships?
Yes, you can! During checkout, select “YES” for the digital ID option, and we’ll email you a photo of your completed ID for approval before shipping.
8. What happens after I place my order?
Once your order is submitted, we’ll confirm your payment and details within 24-48 hours. Your ID will then be printed and shipped according to your chosen method (express or standard). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once it’s on its way.
9. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before it enters the printing process (within 24 hours of submission). Contact us immediately to request cancellation. Once printing begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

11. How do I track my order?
After your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. For express shipping, expect it within 2 days of processing; for standard shipping, within 5-6 days. Use the tracking number on our shipping partner’s website to monitor your package.
12. What if my order doesn’t arrive?
If your order doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe (3 days for express, 6 days for standard after processing), contact us with your order number. We’ll investigate and resolve the issue, which may include reshipping if necessary.
